The Photography Show & The Video Show, the largest event of its kind in the UK and Europe, returns to the NEC, Birmingham from 17-20 September.
Around 30,000 professional and amateur photographers are expected across the four days to try out equipment, hear from a line-up of photographers and receive practical business advice.
The show, organized by Future Publishing, brings together more than 250 brands including Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujiflm and OM-System – with exclusive show deals – alongside suppliers offering services such as accessories, printers, albums, clothing, editing software and training.
There are also more than 400 talks and demos across 10 stages with an international roster of speakers including Cristina Mittermeier, a Mexican photographer, conservationist and marine biologist. Also lined up are LA wedding and portrait photographer Roberto Valenzuela; Scottish landscape photographer Colin Prior and Youtuber Jack Harries.
Ruth Folkard, event director at Future Publishing Ltd, said: “The Photography Show & The Video Show is for everyone passionate about photography, moving image and content creation, and attracts thousands of professional and enthusiast photographers, filmmakers, videographers and vloggers each year.
“Since the launch of the show in 2014, we’ve evolved the content year on year – expanding it in 2018 to encompass video, for instance. We also work closely with a host of industry associations including the World Photography Organisation to ensure our offering remains high quality and relevant.”
