Article contents

Seven hundred tables, thousands of trading and gaming cards, and a special trading zone to help you complete your collection: where else could you be but the 2024 London Card Show?

As the largest card expo in Europe and the UK, the London Card Show is your one-stop London event for everything trading cards. No matter your interests or age, there’s always something new and exciting here to discover.

Dates and venue

The 2024 London Card Show will happen from 2-3 November at Sandown Racecourse in Esher, just outside London. Doors open for general access ticketholders around 9 am, though vendors can arrive earlier from 7:30 am.

The Sandown Park Racecourse offers fantastic amenities for a smaller exhibition like this; plenty of food and drinks will be available for purchase on the show floor. A full exhibition floorplan is available online at the London Card Show website.

Event outline and history

With so many exciting activities available for guests at each show, it’s no wonder the fourteenth edition of the London Card Show is set to run this November. The event has come a long way since its debut in 2021, and has shown more growth since its move from Surrey Hall to the larger Sandown Racecourse in 2022.

What to expect from the London Card Show exhibition

This event offers an unbeatable experience for trading card collectors and fans of trading card games. The show floor features sports card manufacturers and fantasy franchise card producers, who join together for the ultimate trading card game (TCG) experience.

The second floor is reserved exclusively for TCG exhibitors and activities; both floors feature designated card trading zones for attendees and the first floor features the special kids zone.

Products and services

A wide selection of themes await the discerning card collector at the London Card Show trade event, including popular series like Pokémon, One Piece, Yu Gi Oh! and Marvel. Fellow enthusiasts will have the opportunity to trade cards amongst themselves, purchase or sell items from their collections, and partake in some interactive visitor zones.

Kids zone

Designed to improve the show experience for younger members, the kids zone offers a tailored experience for junior collectors. Parents can also sign up their children for a kids membership, after which they’ll receive a personalised membership card and other exclusive goodies.

Retro gaming zone

Tabletop card games and retro games go hand-in-hand, hence the organisers’ decision to create the retro gaming zone for 2024. Here, guests can relax away from the busy show floor by loading up some timeless video game classics.
