Conference and event management for K-Content London Project Overview

We worked on the first K-Content London at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, handling both the layout and the wider event delivery. The whole point of the show was to bring Korean content producers together with UK and European buyers, so it had to be easy to move through and actually work for meetings.

We set up 36 individually branded exhibitor booths, along with matching areas, registration zones and a few private meeting spaces. Nothing overcomplicated, just a layout that made sense and kept things flowing across the four days.

Booth Specifications

Location: London, England

Stand Type: Conference

Size: 2000 m2

Client: K-Content

The Problem

  • Designing 36 individual co-exhibitor spaces for Korean content producers.
  • Providing functional matching areas where structured discussions could take place.
  • Adding private zones and information/registration stands to support the visitor journey.
  • Ensuring the space could handle high-volume traffic and interaction without losing its energy over the four-day event.
  • Delivering all of this within a tight two-day build window at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London.

Organising an easy-to-navigate event of this scale, especially the inaugural edition-required a partner with experience in design and precise on-site management with absolute precision.

The Solution

Booth Exhibits™ designed and built an intuitive event space tailored for easy navigation, helping bring buyers and sellers together under one roof.

Key elements of the solution included:

  • 36 modular exhibitor zones designed for high turnover of meetings and finished with consistent brand presentation.
  • Dedicated matching centres, configured for seamless buyer–seller interactions.
  • Private meeting areas for longer, in-depth discussions.
  • Visitor registration and information stands as anchor points to guide traffic flow and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrated AV, branded structures, and lighting to deliver a polished, immersive environment.

Execution:

  • A 30-person team comprising stand builders, AV technicians, and project managers was deployed for the two-day build.

Detailed pre-planning ensured a seamless installation process, allowing the team to finish ahead of schedule.

The Result

The final environment was a cohesive, high-impact event space that visitors enjoyed navigating.

Outcomes included:

  • A structured, easy-to-navigate event layout that kept exhibitors and buyers engaged throughout the show.
  • Smooth registration and visitor management, all thanks to clear operational touchpoints.
  • A professional, consistent presentation of all 36 exhibits, strengthening the credibility of Korean content producers in the UK market.
  • Positive client feedback and appreciation for delivering well ahead of schedule and under tight deadlines.
  • A successful launch of the first K-Content show in London, setting a strong foundation for K-Content’s global rollout.

The project demonstrated Booth Exhibits™ capability to create easy to navigate multi-exhibitor environments at scale, all with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

The project demonstrated the ability of Booth Exhibits™ to design and create large-scale events with clear layouts, supporting visitor journeys for maximum results. For the first time, Korean content creators could engage with UK and European buyers in London, all under one roof.
